Welcome to Wonton Collection. We proudly specialize in apparel for English Bulldogs and other stocky breeds, crafted with care in Bangkok, Thailand. Because our products are made-to-order, we emphasize clear communication and transparency throughout your shopping experience.


ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY DETAILS

Operating Hours
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–6:00 AM EST.

Shipping Partners
• UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Aramex
Shipping partner selection depends on destination and shipping method chosen.

Tracking
• A tracking link is provided within 24 hours after shipment is confirmed.
• For US Standard Shipping, tracking updates begin once the parcel arrives at our US facility through our specialized logistics route from Thailand.

Estimated Delivery Time (excluding production time)
• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
• Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Delivery timelines vary due to customs, weather conditions, and holiday volume.

Customs and Import Duties
• All import taxes, duties, VAT, and postal fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs inspections may delay delivery. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

APO / FPO / DPO / PSC Addresses
• Require additional transit time and extra delivery fees once the parcel reaches the United States.
• These additional fees must be paid within 5 days of notification.
• Orders will be canceled without refund if payment is not received within the 5-day period.
• No cancellations are allowed once the package reaches the United States.


CRAFTSMANSHIP & PRODUCTION TIME

• All apparel is handmade or made-to-order to ensure quality and proper fit for stocky breeds.
• Standard production time: 10–20 days
• Peak seasons or highly detailed costumes: Up to 30 days
• Orders typically ship once all items are ready for dispatch.
• In cases of unexpected delay, ready items may be shipped separately.


MODIFYING OR CANCELING ORDERS

• Modifications or cancellations allowed within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 48 hours, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated.
• Seasonal collections (e.g., Halloween, Christmas) cannot be canceled once production begins.


LOST PACKAGE POLICY

If a package is confirmed lost during shipment by the carrier:
• A full refund for the entire order value will be issued.
• We handle the claim process with the shipping provider.
• Investigation timelines depend on carrier policies.


REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Order Issues Caused by Us

Incorrect item or manufacturing defect:
• Must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.
• Option for full refund, including original shipping cost.


Returns for Unwanted Items

Returns for unwanted items are accepted under the following conditions:

• Must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return
• The item must be:
– Unused
– Unwashed
– Free from hair, dirt, odor
– With original tags and all packaging intact
• A discount code (store credit) will be issued for the product value only (excluding original shipping cost)
• Customer is responsible for all shipping fees for returning the item
• Store credit is issued after the returned item passes inspection at our facility
• Store credit does not expire
• Returned products must arrive within 30 days of the approved request
• Items failing inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense

Non-Returnable Items
• Bomber jackets
• Custom-made and Premium Custom items
• Limited edition items
• Items purchased on clearance or final sale


Exchanges

Exchanges are available once per order for eligibility-qualifying items:

• Request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
• Item must remain unused and with all original tags attached
• Exchange is allowed for size changes only of the same product
• Exchange for a different costume or product style is not permitted

Fees and Costs:
• Customer pays return shipping to our facility
• Customer pays shipping cost for replacement item
• A handling fee applies depending on destination
• Any price difference due to updated product pricing must be paid before replacement is shipped
• Replacement item production begins after returned item passes inspection
• If replacement size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead
• Only one exchange is permitted per order


TAX & DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES

• All international duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the receiving country are paid by the customer.
• Refusal to pay duties that result in returned packages will result in store credit only minus any carrier-return fees charged to us.


RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. Contact us to request approval and obtain an RMA number

  2. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

  3. Include original proof of purchase in the parcel

ONESIE CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

Wonton Collection offers custom sizing for our onesie products to ensure a better fit for dogs withĀ non-standard body types or customers who require personalized adjustments. There are twoĀ levels of customization available: Standard Custom and Premium Custom. Both options areĀ strictly made-to-order. Once payment has been completed, no changes, cancellations, refunds, orĀ exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

Standard Custom is available for an additional fee of 30 USD, not including the base costumeĀ price and shipping. We modify our existing patterns based on four key measurements provided byĀ the customer: neck, chest (measured just behind the armpits), and body length (from the base ofĀ the neck to the base of the tail). These adjustments are made to improve the fit while maintainingĀ the structure of our original design. All measurements must be taken using a tailor’s measuringĀ tape, and clear photos of the measuring process must be submitted toĀ wonton@wontoncollection.com or any one of our customer service emails. Customers areĀ responsible for ensuring that measurements are accurate. We will use these numbers exactly asĀ provided, and we are not liable for any issues resulting from incorrect measurements. TheĀ measurements submitted must reflect the dog’s actual body size—not the dimensions of the outfitĀ the customer expects to receive. Our team will interpret and adjust the pattern accordingly to fitĀ the dog’s physical structure. Once the customer confirms their understanding of the policy andĀ agrees in writing, we will issue an invoice. After payment is received, production will begin.Ā Standard Custom orders are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under anyĀ circumstance. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once payment has been made.

In addition to the standard option, we also offer a Length Adjustment service as a sub-option ofĀ Standard Custom for an additional fee of 15 USD. This option is designed for customers whoĀ require only the body length of the onesie to be extended beyond the standard sizing. The neckĀ and chest measurements will remain based on the standard size chart listed on our website, andĀ only the length will be modified to achieve the desired fit. All other terms, conditions, andĀ requirements outlined in the Standard Custom policy apply to the Length Adjustment option.

For Premium Custom is available for an additional fee of 55 USD, not including the base costumeĀ price and shipping.. A new pattern will be drafted from scratch using a more detailed set ofĀ measurements to ensure a more accurate and tailored fit for dogs with unique body structures.Ā The required measurements include neck, chest (measured just behind the armpits), body lengthĀ (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail), head circumference, belly girth, front neck-to-Ā front belly length, chest gap width (measured between the front legs), front leg length, WristĀ circumference (Front and back legs),Rear leg Length (Measure from the top of the thigh or pelvisĀ and run straight down to the back paw), and the length from forehead to neck. TheseĀ measurements must also be taken using a tailor’s measuring tape, and each must beĀ accompanied by clear, labeled photos sent via email. As with Standard Custom, customers areĀ fully responsible for the accuracy of the measurements submitted. The measurements mustĀ represent the dog’s actual body size—not the finished garment. Our production team will designĀ and construct the outfit based on the physical measurements provided, using professionalĀ judgment to ensure a comfortable fit.

Premium Custom orders allow for one exchange if needed. The customer will be required to pay aĀ handling and return fee of $15 USD. Once payment is received, we will send the return label to theĀ customer via email. The customer will need to print and attach the label to the return package andĀ drop it off at any USPS or UPS location. No additional charge will be required at drop-off. TheĀ shipping fee for the replacement item is not included in this $15 fee and will be invoicedĀ separately before the new item is shipped out. The exchange process will begin once the originalĀ item has been received at our US hub. As with all custom orders, no cancellations, modifications,Ā or refunds will be permitted after the invoice has been paid and production has started.

Custom sizing is a made-to-order process that requires clear communication and full agreementĀ to our policy. Customers must confirm in writing that they have read, understood, and agreed toĀ the terms above before we proceed with invoicing and production. Custom fees are non-refundable under all circumstances once production has begun.

TUXEDO CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

Wonton Collection offers custom sizing for our tuxedo products to ensure a perfect fit for dogs with non-standard body types or customers seeking a more personalized look. There are two levels of customization available: Standard Custom and Premium Custom. Both options are strictly made-to-order, and once payment has been completed, no changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

Standard Custom is available for an additional fee of 5 USD and can be selected directly on our website. This option includes basic pattern adjustments based on four key body measurements: neck circumference, chest circumference (measured just behind the front legs), body length (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail), and head circumference. Customers choosing this option are not required to send confirmation photos via email but are fully responsible for measuring their dog accurately. All measurements must reflect the dog’s actual body size, not the desired size of the tuxedo. We will use the numbers provided as-is to adjust the pattern and cannot be held responsible for any fit issues caused by incorrect or estimated measurements.

Premium Custom is available for an additional fee of 40 USD, not including the base tuxedo price and shipping. This option allows customers to select the fabric and color from our available stock. While we’ll do our best to match your preferences, fabric availability depends on current inventory. Please note that colors may appear slightly different in photos due to lighting or screen settings. Fabric options will be reviewed and confirmed with you before invoicing. Once the invoice is paid, production will begin.

Premium Custom uses the same base tuxedo pattern as Standard Custom but includes both fabric and sizing customization. The required measurements for this option are: neck circumference, chest circumference (measured just behind the front legs), body length (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail), and wrist circumference (front legs). All measurements must be submitted with clear, labeled photos for verification. As with all custom orders, measurements must reflect the dog’s actual body size, not the size of the finished garment. Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of the measurements provided.

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our tuxedo customization process, no changes, modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted once payment is made and production has started. This policy applies to both Standard and Premium Custom tuxedo orders. Premium Custom tuxedos are also non-exchangeable, regardless of fit, as both the fabric and sizing are tailored specifically to your request.

Before placing a custom tuxedo order, customers must confirm in writing that they have read and understood this policy.
